Role Overview

  • Serve as a technical lead, driving the design, development, and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, business partners, and data teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing applications.
  • Integrate Salesforce with AWS services and other enterprise systems to enable data-driven decision-making and intelligent automation.


Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • 710 years of senior-level Salesforce development experience.
  • Expertise in Apex, LWC, Flow Builder, and Salesforce event-driven architecture.
  • Strong integration experience with Salesforce APIs, MuleSoft, and AWS services.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, and TypeScript.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, Jenkins) and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with offshore teams and SCRUM leadership.
  • Ability to adapt and learn new technologies beyond Salesforce.


Preferred Skills

  • Preferred Certifications: Application Architect/System Architect.
  • Experience with AWS infrastructure tools & practices.
  • Familiarity with event-driven architectures and data streaming frameworks (e.g., Kafka, Event Bus).


What Youll Do

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integration APIs.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, solution architects, and engineering teams to translate requirements into robust, extensible technical designs.
  • Implement Salesforce integrations with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, and API Gateway, ensuring secure and performant data exchange.
  • Collaborate with UX and front-end teams to deliver modern, responsive user experiences using React.js, TypeScript, and Figma.
  • Design and implement event-driven architectures using Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC), and asynchronous Apex.
  • Oversee code reviews, enforce development standards, and drive continuous improvement through CI/CD pipelines, automation, and DevOps practices.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize performance across environments, ensuring reliability, maintainability, and compliance with enterprise security standards.
  • Evaluate and integrate npm packages and open-source libraries to enhance component functionality and maintain consistency across applications.
  • Contribute to Salesforce platform modernization by leveraging AWS DevOps tools, automation frameworks, and reusable architecture components.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies, including Salesforce AI (Einstein, GPT-based assistants) and MuleSoft.

  • Strong background in JavaScript, React.js, and TypeScript.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with data teams to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex data quality and integration issues.
  • Experience translating Figma mockups into responsive, accessible, and reusable LWC and React components.
  • Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, and Jenkins.
  • In-depth knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms including OAuth 2.0, JWT, and Named Credentials.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
