License Management and Compliance

  • Software license tracking, allocation, and reconciliation
  • Compliance audits and true-up preparation
  • Vendor licensing models (Microsoft M365, Office 365, third-party software)
  • Renewal management, entitlement validation, and usage optimization

Asset Lifecycle Management

  • End-to-end software lifecycle (request approval deployment retirement)
  • Onboarding/offboarding governance and access controls
  • Decommissioning and reclaiming unused licenses
