S2P Systems Analyst
Hybrid San Ramon or Oakland, CA (based on business needs)
Perm Position

The S2P (Source to Pay) Systems Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting the implementation of strategic supply chain initiatives as part of a broader business and technology modernization effort. This role requires deep technical and functional expertise in Source to Pay technologies and data requirements, including Ariba, SAP ECC/S4HANA, and SQL, along with a solid understanding of integration points with Inventory, Finance, and Accounts Payable functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end delivery of supply chain technology solutions, with a focus on ensuring alignment with the objectives of process standardization, data quality enhancement, and technological innovation.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as the procurement systems representative in design workshops, business requirement confirmations, and future-state process development at the L3/L4 level.
  • Translate business requirements into technical and functional specifications for system development.
  • Analyze fit/gap findings from design workshops and provide technical input based on system landscape and operating environments.
  • Collaborate closely with business teams to understand operational requirements and develop scalable IT solutions.
  • Design and develop system integrations across SAP modules and enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
  • Identify data-related risks and proactively recommend mitigation strategies to protect project integrity and timelines.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 7 years of experience in business or Supply Chain systems development, support, reporting, or analysis.
  • Skilled with SAP & Ariba systems.
  • Must have experience with SAP & Ariba and systems.
  • Experience with Ariba analytics and reporting.
  • Contract clause experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • High-level analytical capabilities to solve data and process challenges.
  • Proven experience in cross-functional projects and team collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Desired Qualifications
  • MBA or other advanced degree.
  • SAP certification.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience.
  • Expert-level knowledge of SAP MM/EWM/Ariba functionality.
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP MM and SAP BW.
  • Ability to function effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes (e.g., order creation, inventory movements, goods receipt, invoicing, and payments).
  • Ability to develop complex SAP and SQL Server reports.
  • Experience in database design and architecture.
