Description:

Duration: 6 months contract

Key Responsibilities :
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI models tailored to business needs.
• Internalize and integrate external AI programs, ensuring compatibility with our systems.
• Utilize Python/PyTorch/TensorFlow and other programming languages for developing and refining deep learning models
• Research and implement Graphical Neural Network (GNNs) models and contribute to their adaptation for analyzing Knowledge Graphs
• Implement and apply literature and data-driven network integration strategies to infer Client knowledge
• Support troubleshooting, optimization, and potential updates of deployed AI solutions to improve performance.

Qualifications:
• PhD in Computational Science, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Proficiency in Python programming, with demonstrable experience in PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Understanding Graph Neural Networks and familiarity with transformers, and analyzing sequential data, experience in deploying AI/ML solutions.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment while being proactive in managing independent tasks.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience applying state of the art AI methodology on biological systems, specifically on muti-omics data preferred
• Experience in cloud computing environments and deploying AI solutions
• Exposure to other programming languages or AI frameworks (e.g., BERT, LLAMA).
